Pilot Program
Terms & Conditions
The focus of this Pilot Program is to generate additional revenue for both Hotels and Wallbed manufacturers by offering a unique "Business Traveler's Room" designed to be extremely functional while esthetically pleasing and comfortable. Our objective is to have every business traveler who stays in this room express how impressed they were with the room's style and comfort.
To this end, we propose the following three steps:
- At no cost to the Hotel, Wallbed manufacturer would like to design (with your input) a beautiful Wallbed & Office arrangement in a room designated for business travelers.
- At no cost to the Hotel, Wallbed manufacturer will then install this arrangement at a specified location of your choice.
- For a period of 120 days the Hotel will ask guest who have stayed in this room what they thought of the Wallbeds/Office setup. At the end of this time period, the Hotel will evaluate the results and make one of the following decisions:
- Continue the trial to try to obtain more conclusive information for a final decision
- Discontinue the trial and remove the Wallbed/Office arrangement
- Purchase the Wallbed/Office arrangement but wait to move with more hotels
- Purchase the Wallbed/Office arrangment and make plans to move forward with more hotels
